Challenging, learning new system. Position is new across the company, first in my office to fill it.
What I wish was different
The office environment. I am the youngest and don't have anyone close to my age.
Advice
Be willing to try new positions, even when you think you may dislike it. Also, stick it out. The beginning was a rough transition from my previous work. Now, I enjoy what I do and it is challenging every day.
