What I liked
The people there were wonderful to work with. I learned how to use many different systems. I learned a lot about medical training. I was able to get an inside look at the hiring process. I was able to design and create my own ads.
What I wish was different
I wish I didn't have to call people. I also wish I could have stuck to the marketing sector because HR was a lot harder. I wish I could have been given a clear outline of what I was supposed to do everyday.
Advice
Be willing to learn new things. You'll be working with public so try to be polite and patient. When you work in the business world expect to do work beyond your job description.
