What I liked

I like the work-friendly environment. Everyone is extremely reasonable and kind to each other. They're all willing to help each other out in difficult situation.

What I wish was different

I wish had received more training with the "Fitting room". I still have diffusivity helping customer go into changing room and give them fashion advice.

Advice

My advice would be if you're struggling with a customer or anything within in job. Ask your co-workers for help!.

What I liked

Loved that they payed well, especially since I had to move across the country! And I loved the atmosphere and culture there. They really care for their employees and are open to new ideas and experimenting. Overall, everyone was very kind and helpful and want to see others succeed. I also was pretty much treated as another team member. I went to almost all meetings with my supervisors, including leadership meetings, so I got to learn how things operate and how cross functional teams work together.

What I wish was different

I wish it wasn't in Fort Myers, FL. Florida is not the type of place I see myself living long term, but for the summer it was fine.

Advice

Try to listen and learn and retain as much information as you can from observing those working around you. And make sure to ask questions when possible to provide clarity, it's better than trying to figure out something on your own for an hour. That being said, the longer you're there, you should try to troubleshoot things on your own as much as possible before asking for help.
