Client Success Intern
ABOUT THE ROLE
This will start as a 4 -month, unpaid internship for college credit, and upon successful completion, will transition into a PT Client Success Associate with a starting pay between $20 - $25/hour, with benefits. As an Client Success Intern, you’ll work closely with small-to-medium-sized businesses (SMBs) using HerHeadquarters that are in the growth stage, but need support in filling their contractor needs for upcoming projects and events. This role goes beyond basic customer support—you’ll act as a strategic partner, helping businesses clarify their hiring needs and find the right collaborators through our platform.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES
- Client Engagement: Work 1:1 with growing SMBs, helping them determine their contractor hiring needs and create projects on HerHeadquarters platform
- Concierge Services: Support businesses in posting their projects, narrowing down potential collaborators based on requirements, & coordinating communication
- Event Representation: Attend conferences, festivals, and other high-profile events during the summer to represent HerHeadquarters, engage with potential customers, and promote our services (travel covered)
- Workshops & Training: Host educational workshops and lead 1:1 sessions with customers to prepare them for success on the platform

- you're an extrovert with strong communication skills
- organized, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple projects simultaneously
- willing to travel in the U.S. in-person events (travel costs covered)
