RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in reviewing and analyzing audit trails data collected from IT systems to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Help identify discrepancies or potential risks in audit trails in collaboration with the team. Assist in documenting findings and helping prepare reports for management review. Participate in discussions aimed at improving audit trail and system validation processes. Work with cross-functional teams, including IT, Quality Assurance, and Compliance, to support ongoing audit trail and validation activities.
DESIRED MAJORS/MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS + SKILLS
Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering. Business Administration, or related field.
Strong interest in regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and computer systems validation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good to have a basic understanding of FDA regulations (e.g., 21 CFR Part 11), computer systems, data integrity, and security practices, but these are not a must-have requirements.
INTERVIEW PROCESS
Basic understanding of computer system or software development life cycle, and testing approach.
Broad understanding of Audit trail data in IT applications.
