INTERNSHIP: Intern I - Software Development Engineering

Department Name: Data Platform Test Engineering

Business Function: R&D

Team Highlights: Authentication, Identity and Access Management, Cloud Native Technology

Where you come in: Data Platform Test – the student will be working with a team of engineers supporting the testing of SW components that make up the data platform at Dexcom. 

  1. Supporting the testing of algorithms that support the creation of Insights in our applications.
  2. Help design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts to test the functionalities of the Dexcom CGM software, and system.
  3. You will participate in the test development for the incorporation of LLM models into medical device software
  4. Participate in in building quality into products by writing automated tests and performing tests including ad hoc testing throughout the development cycle.
  5. Participate in the development of CI/CT pipelines.

What makes you successful:

  1. You have experience in coding with Python or any other OOP language 
  2. Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases. 
  3. You have interest in Cloud Applications like Google Cloud or AWS
