JOB TITLE
Finance / Purchasing Intern. 20-40hrs/wk.

RESPONSIBILITIES (Please remember that the students are undergraduates)

●  Intern will be responsible for contract organization.

●  Should be familiar with Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, Sharepoint and Zendesk a plus

●  Contract review to ascertain key pieces of information such as contract owner,

contract start date, contract expiration date, department and category.

●  Data entry.

DESIRED MAJORS/MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS + SKILLS

●  Accounting Major helpful but not required

●  Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Excel and Zendesk helpful but not required.

●  Familiarity with Windows file structure.

YOUR INTERVIEW PROCESS
Interns will be asked about relative work/school experience if any, maybe some basic questions about organization, and basic questions about PDF creation and editing.

PAY RATE $20/hr
