Role Responsibilities:
You will help lead building our internal programs for interns and Pathfinders at EA
You will help lead future planning for on-campus events across HBCUs, HSIs, and with under underrepresented communities
You will track and gather data/feedback from participants
You will partner with our Inclusion and Diversity Senior Program Manager and NGT Program Managers to plan and execute intern events and improve team processes
You will help to identify and strategize the next wave of scholarships for our numerous scholarship programs across the company
 
Role Requirements:
You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program and are slated to graduate in or after May 2024
You have a deep passion for HBCUs, HSIs, and underrepresented communities 
You have experience with planning and executing campus activities, programs, or virtual events
You have experience working within a budget and can help tracking against that budget - willing to teach
You have experience managing various projects against different timelines
You know how to collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data with relevant tools (Google Forms, SurveyMonkey, Airtable) - willing to teach
You have familiarity of Microsoft Office or Google Suite
You are comfortable with learning new approaches, technologies, and practices
You are comfortable with public speaking and love to host virtual events
You are enthusiastic about connecting and supporting different groups of people
Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The hourly pay ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the hourly pay range for your specific location.

EA has listed the hourly pay ranges it in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in the locations listed, as of the time of this posting. Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, degree type (e.g. Bachelor’s, Master’s, PhD), what stage you are in your degree journey (i.e. freshman, sophomore, etc.), qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.


HOURLY PAY RANGES

• California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento):
º $20 - $31
• Colorado (depending on location e.g. Denver vs. Colorado Springs):
º $19 - $25
• New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo):
º $27 - $31
• Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane):
º $20 - $25
• Jersey City, NJ :
º $27 - $31

The hourly pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including 80 hours per year of sick time (prorated based on scheduled hours per week if less than full-time), 16 paid company holidays per year, medical insurance, and 401(k). Interns in California are also eligible for Voluntary Disability Insurance.
