Marketing Data and Analytics Junior Associate

The Campus Philly team is seeking a Remote Marketing Data and Analytics Associate, starting in June 2021 and continuing through August 2021.
The Associate will work closely with the Manager of University Partnerships and Analytics and will focus on all aspects of digital marketing and reporting, including researching, analyzing and delivering insight on our website, email, and social content, as well as event registration and attendance. This Associate will also lead the effort to maintain the quality and accuracy of our CRM platform, Salesforce.
Here are some of the things the summer 2021 Associate will do throughout the summer:
  • Assist the Manager of Analytics in reporting and analysis of Campus Philly’s Virtual Events and Social Media
  • Create standard dashboards on Salesforce
  • Proactively improve the quality of company reporting
  • Evaluate and identify where system enhancements are required
  • Create a weekly report on Digital Engagement across all platforms
  • Share insights with the content marketing team on an ongoing basis
  • Assist in reporting key metrics to stakeholders and partners
  • Help manage Salesforce updates and test new features
  • Report on impressions, engagement, and website traffic, using Google Analytics and Instagram Analytics to cull data and draw conclusions from results
  • Monitor student and stakeholder records in Salesforce, our internal relationship management database, to maintain and update information as needed
  • Review, edit, and analyze email marketing campaigns in Mailchimp, our email marketing program, and report on clicks, impressions and opens.
You will work with the full Campus Philly team, assisting with strategy and analysis, and you’ll also gain additional experience in virtual event planning and marketing, relationship management, and more.

Requirements
  • Able to work effectively in a team-oriented, highly collaborative environment
  • Has strong analytical skills (including Microsoft Excel) and experience with large data sets conducting complex analysis and converting results into actionable business actions
  • Adept at learning new tools and technologies and aggregating data from multiple sources
  • An organized self-starter, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments
  • Able to visualize and make sense of data to provide recommendations for future content initiatives
  • Is able to perform this role remotely and has a functional phone, computer, and Internet service for Zoom meetings with the Campus Philly team
