- Shift will be for Dinner hours.
Maintenance Technician (Semi-Skilled) (FT)
Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Maintenance Technician (Semi-Skilled) position.
In this role, you will repair and maintain physical structures of commercial, residential and/or medical buildings using hand tools and power tools.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-4 years of technical experience in maintenance
- General mechanical knowledge in electrical, plumbing, carpentry and/or painting, as well as HVAC and/or grounds maintenance
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
Dining Room Supervisor (FT)

Sanitation (Dishwasher) Supervisor (FT)
The Evergreens is currently seeking qualified candidates for our full-time Utility/Sanitation Supervisor position within the Culinary Department. Our beautiful gated community is located in Moorestown, NJ.
In this role, you will be responsible for weekly sanitation inspections of kitchens to ensure they are in line with health inspection codes. Follows established cleaning and washing standards, ensuring an efficient and sanitary dish washing
operation.

- ServSafe certification and/or six months of dining service experience
Café Assistant (FT)
Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Café Worker position. In this role, you will be working with the Café Supervisor to monitor the café operation, following the established policies, procedures and standards for food purchasing, preparation, service, sanitation and safety. The Café Worker is responsible for preparing food served in the café and may serve food when needed.

In this role, you will manage the planning and coordination of the community maintenance function. Including managing, coordinating, scheduling and assisting (hands-on) all technical maintenance activities of employees engaged in monitoring, maintaining and repairing of community and surrounding property.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 5-10 years of related experience with 5 or more years progressively challenging managerial experience
- Technical knowledge of electronics, carpentry, painting, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, commercial kitchen appliances and sprinkler systems
- Knowledgeable in National Fire Protection codes, EPA, and OSHA, and other local, state, and federal regulations
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
Housekeeper (FT)
Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Housekeeper position.
In this role, you will work under general supervision and be responsible for daily cleaning of resident apartments/personal care rooms, annual apartment cleaning, guest suite cleaning, resale apartment duties, healthcare, common areas and any other areas assigned in accordance with standard procedures of the Environmental Services Department and in accordance with the community’s objectives. Equipment used for cleaning includes microfiber mops, small wringers, dusters, household type vacuum cleaners and other necessary tools, products and supplies.

Dishwasher
Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Sanitation/Utility Worker position within the Culinary Department.
In this role, you will be responsible for the set up and break down of the dish washing area. This includes preparing and breaking down the dish machine and scraping area for the service ware and pots. You will work with other dishwashers as a team, scraping, racking and washing the service ware, and returning it to the established storage area.
