Director of Nursing/Clinical Services
Responsibility: The Director of Nursing is responsible for the organization planning, direction, coordination and control of all the activities of the home care services
Qualifications:
- Hold a Current valid license in good standing as a Registered Nurse issued by the state of New Jersey
- The director of Nursing shall hold at least a BS degree, with a major in nursing
- Two years of professional experience as an RN in a community health and/or home health.
Duties:
- Perform Home Care Assessments as needed
- Direct field nurses to perform home care assessments
- Ensure full compliance as per CAHC standards
- Monitor and supervise case coordinators and field nurses
- Provide administrative oversight to agency functions
- Assist in client census growth
- Visit and provide client consultations for census improvement
