Customer Service Representative

E&S Academy is a vocational school that has been around for almost 10 years. Our academy is expanding and is looking for a new team member. E&S prides itself on its team atmosphere, and tight knit culture. All staff members work collaboratively to ensure best results and are always there to lend a hand. Responsibilities:
· Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
· Generating sales leads that develop into new customers
· Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
· Build sustainable relationships and trust with students and clients through open and interactive communication
· Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternative within the time limits: follow up to ensure resolution
· Take the extra mile to engage customers
Requirements:
· Proven customer support experience or experience as a Customer Service Representative
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
· Customer orientation and ability to adapt/ respond to different types of characters

COVID-19 considerations:
All personnel must wear face masks when within 6 feet from each other. There is plexi-glass placed on front desk. Doors are locked inside the office, and only people that completed COVID-19 Exposure Checklist and temperature taken may be allowed entry.
 
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $13.00 to $15.00 /hour
