Partner Account Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
CobbleStone Software is a fast-growing B2B legal/procurement software company. CobbleStone is searching for a Partner Account Manager who can act as a liaison between the CobbleStone and its channel partners, resellers, and service partners. As partner account manager plays a role at the very beginning of a business relationship, helping to recruit strategic partners. Once partners are recruited, a partner account manager will introduce CobbleStone, CobbleStone software products, give introductions to the software, help facility partner agreements, schedule training, and be a liaison to work with partners to develop go-to-market strategies and execute demand-generation activities, such as email marketing campaigns, events for customers and prospects, coordinate support, sales activities, and webinars. Partner account managers also work with partners to establish and track business goals and performance metrics, such as depth of sales pipeline and revenue generation.
 
Qualifications / Requirements:

·       Market and obtain new partners
·       Build productive and profitable working relationships with partners.
·       Identify and contact potential partners for new business opportunities.
·       Provide product and technical support to partners.
·       Address partner concerns and queries promptly and ensure partner satisfaction.
·       Develop competency and qualification plans for partners.
·       Work with cross-functional teams to develop business strategies for lead generation.
·       Develop plans to improve sales and profitability.
·       Work with development, marketing, and services teams to achieve revenue goals.
·       Coordinate with partners to prioritize, plan, and manage business activities, training, support, services.
·       Evaluate the effectiveness of partner’s marketing plans and recommend improvements.
·       Work with partners in pipeline review and management activities.
·       Obtain and distribute marketing lists to partners.
·       Oversee partner rewards and recognition programs.
·       Organize partner meetings to discuss about any issues and updates.
·       Participate in business review and revenue forecasting activities.
·       Other tasks provided by the director as needed
·       Must be timely, highly organized, handle partner and client facing meetings
·       Must have great communication and presentation skills
·       Requires web, remote and onsite presentation skills
·       May require travel
·       Requires four year business degree or equivalent experience
·       Comply with company policies and procedures
·       CobbleStone is a United States Federal contractor and requires background, criminal, drug verification and must be permitted to work in the United States of America without sponsorship
