Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
A professional client facing position, the Entry Level Implementation/Configuration Specialist is responsible for a range of training and implementation activities designed to achieve a high level of client service and satisfaction with training clients and employees on software and related implementation of CobbleStone’s software products. CobbleStone provides on-the-job training for the selected candidates on how to use and teach CobbleStone Software products. This position requires a high level of business software understanding, independent judgment, detailed scheduling, and decision making throughout the implementation process. The position is primarily responsible for training the client on system setup, system administration, system use, configuration, requirement gathering, and all aspects of the CobbleStone suite of applications. The position will also be required to provide post live support to the implemented clients. The candidate will learn CobbleStone Software on the job.

• Training and Teaching model and methodology knowledge.
Varied technical knowledge and skills required in the following areas:
• Proficient in the use of PCs, tablets, and mobile devices.
• Proficient with Microsoft office productivity software tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Gantt Charts, Flow Charts, Microsoft Visio and Project a plus.
• Knowledge of Database Technics, Microsoft Access or SQL Server a plus.
• Proficiency with Online Meeting Tools (such as WebEx and GoToMeeting) a plus.
• Aptitude with automated productivity tools a plus.
Hiring Standards:
Education:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Computer or Management Information Systems or related field
–OR- Equivalent Experience
Experience:
• Education degree or 1 to 2 years of experience with software training, implementation or
equivalent education.
• Prior experience in a client-facing software position required or equivalent education.
• Experience with web-based business software; vendor software, procurement; is a plus.
- Entry/Mid-Level knowledge of Relational Database Management
Miscellaneous:
• Must have excellent English communication skills.
• Must be able to legally work in the United States, must pass background, criminal, and drug testing.
• Must be able to travel two to five business days at a time overnight.

Pay: $37,000.00 - $43,000.00 per year
