Responsibilities
The right candidate for the role will have the ability to:
- Gather complex business requirements and translate those requirements into a solution design.
- Lead design sessions; architect and document solutions that are aligned with client business objectives
- Analyze client business processes to identify opportunities for improvements, perform gap analysis, document and translate business requirements into well-architected technical specifications and solutions
- Develop and manage client facing deliverables
- Develop solutions leveraging the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft Power Platform
- Design business processes and data flows between the Microsoft Power Platform and other applications, such as back office/ERP applications
- Configure and extend capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics 365 through user interface, creation of new entities, forms, workflows, reports and 3rd party applications
- Work closely with Project Manager(s) to manage technical scopes, project budgets and client expectations
- Design and execute test plans to ensure that high quality, intuitive functional solutions are delivered
- Participate in and provide training to clients and peers
- Participate in pre-sales activities providing product demonstrations, estimates and developing client proposals
- Demonstrate willingness to learn, teach, share and grow by learning emerging technology and applying it to solve client challenges
Skills:
- BS/BA Degree or equivalent
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Azure
- Experience in configuration and implementation of business applications
