Entry Level Accountant (Long-Term Temporary)

We're looking for Accounting or Finance graduates who love to create spreadsheets and are looking to find their place in the accounting field. Robert Half Accountemps, has an exciting opportunity for an entry-level college grad with a highly successful organization in the service industry. In this position, you will review financial statements with a heavy data entry component. Based in Mt Laurel, New Jersey, this entry-level Accountant position is a long-term temporary opportunity.

 

Responsibilities:

 

-        Prepare budget forecasts

 

-        Analyze and reconcile accounts

 

-        Prepare monthly, weekly, and yearly financial reports

 

-        Prepare journal entries, reconcile, and balance general ledger accounts

 

-        Prepares monthly balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement

 

-        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable

 

-        Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

 

-        Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Outlook)

 

-        Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including V-lookups and pivot tables

 

-        Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
