Liability Claims Representative - Marlton, NJ
Our Liability Claims Examiners empathize, listen and assist our policyholders during their time of need. They are trained to investigate and process a variety of insurance claims ranging from minor fender-benders to major disasters. Examiners also gain first hand knowledge and experience with handling liability disputes, settlement negotiation and insurance concepts and contracts.
Candidates are currently being considered for a start date of July 12, 2021
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Outstanding customer service skills and/or experience
- Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing
- Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-volume call center
- Solid analytical, computer, grammar and multi-tasking skills
- Effective attention to detail, time management and decision-making skills
Additional Details:
Please be advised both of this position is available in our Marlton NJ office. Training is remote for the first 8 weeks of employment. Once training is completed associates will be required to work inside the Marlton NJ office in person. Upon evaluation of proficiency standards, associates may be eligible to apply for work-from-home opportunities.
