Entry Level Mortgage Representative

Overview

Spring EQ is hiring Entry Level Customer Service Representatives to support our sales and operations teams. We are one of the National Mortgage News’ 2021 Top Mortgage Companies to Work For and we provide fully-paid company training and opportunity to grow with our team. During onboarding, you’ll learn about our industry, our products, our processes and the software programs you’ll use. After training, you will interact directly with customers to answer questions, resolve problems, and provide updates on the statuses of their loans. We are looking for proactive and customer service oriented individuals to join our team! Selected candidates will be hired into a Loan Originator Assistant position, which is our internal title for this customer service focused role.

This position is 100% remote until our offices re-open after COVID19 restrictions are lifted. When our offices re-open, this position can be based out of our Philadelphia, PA, or Mount Laurel, Noffices.


Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service on a high volume of in-bound phone calls
  • Use customer-relationship management (CRM) software to monitor and document customer interactions.
  • Participate in regular training activities to stay current with industry best practices and company policies.
  • Familiarize yourself with our products, policies and processes to provide the best service to our existing and prospective customers
  • Complete our fully paid customer service/sales and software training to help you build rapport and successfully interact with prospective clients in our industry, and ensure that you are comfortable and proficient with all systems used by our Loan Advisors
  • Complete various administrative tasks in a timely manner to support our sales and operations teams


Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills & customer service/ sales oriented personality
  • Must be a self-starter with a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • High School Diploma required, Bachelor's or Associate's Degree a plus.
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm, with some overtime as needed.
  • Ability to work remotely until offices are reopened after COVID19 restrictions are lifted; willingness to work in an office/call center setting when our offices reopen (Must be able to commute to one of the following offices when we re-open: Philadelphia, PA, Mount Laurel, NJ)
  • Ability to multitask, problem solve and efficiently manage time.
