Talent Acquisition Intern

Program Overview:
Talent is a core strategic driver of Campbell’s success. The HR function focuses on our organization’s most prized assets – our current and potential talent. We’re looking for an inquisitive, data-driven, self-motivated, individual to join our HR team for the summer!

Program Location
Program is based at our Global Headquarters in Camden, NJ. (across the river from Philadelphia, PA) However, we are expecting the summer 2021 program to be a virtual – remote assignment.

Your Opportunity
  • Work with the Talent Experience HR Team to drive talent programs across the enterprise
  • Support team with organizing, hosting, and developing university program events
  • Exposure to Enterprise Talent Acquisition Operations including executive, university, & diversity recruiting 
  • Support all recruitment marketing needs such as: content creation, social media scheduling, employee advocacy generation, recruiting insights, market research and more
  • Develop targeted employer branding campaigns from concept generation to execution that align with short and long-term strategic hiring priorities; track, measure and report on campaign results
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to support with process-improvement projects and day-to-day tasks

What you’ll need:
  • Currently enrolled in Bachelor's program with an emphasis in Human Resources required
  • Passion for learning and willingness to ask questions and work independently 
  • Self-starter with ability to multi-task and take initiative
  • Inherently curious, ambitious and passionate for building engaging talent experiences
  • Driven, with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Positive attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Resourceful, innovative, forward thinking and committed
