About the function:
 
Financial Statements Document Processors provide excellent client service to the Audit & Accounting Services team by processing standard letters, financial statements, and printing and binding reports accurately and timely, while adhering to Kreischer Miller’s professional format. 
·       Ability to prioritize workload, and communicate with all professionals on work expectations and inform them of financial statements processes.
·       Processing of financial statements and other communications in connection with our services. Processing of these documents includes formatting the documents to our standards, linking tables from Microsoft Excel to Microsoft Word, and proof-reading documents.
·       Copy and bind financial statements and other client deliverables to their best quality.
·       Prepare and submit weekly billing summaries to the Billing Department. 
·       Provide administrative support to other departments in the Firm if needed.
 
*This position is an administrative role and does not lead to an entry level audit or tax position.

 Candidate Requirements:
·       High School diploma required. AS in Accounting or Business preferred.
·       Minimum of 1-3 years related business experience. Bookkeeping and/or accounting experience desirable.
·       Proficiency in the use of computers and software programs, including Microsoft Office Suite. Must know formatting, linking tables into Word, along with familiarity of fonts & macros.
·       Possess a positive attitude, good communication skills, strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
·       Strong commitment to excellence, client service and professional growth
·       The ability to work independently and proactively, identifying issues as well as offering potential solutions
·       Strong proofreading skills and knowledge of proper use of grammar, punctuation and spelling are essential.  
·       Be a team player and motivated to work in a fast paced environment
·       Hands-on experience using a ten-key calculator and knowledge of mathematical functions in Microsoft Excel.
·       Must be willing to work overtime as needed, especially during the busy accounting season/tax season, February through mid-April, September to October, and at other times when needed.
