IT Leadership Intern

The IT Leadership Internship Program is a comprehensive, 12-week program that provides broad exposure and learning to Campbell Soup Company’s global businesses and functions. You will be given a detailed project(s) and work plan(s) to deliver by the end of the program. In this program, you will benefit from coaching by committed stakeholders including a manager, coach, and others. You will be provided feedback on your performance, contribution, and leadership. Our program will enable you to accelerate knowledge of our organization, provide you with a solid foundational understanding in end to end IT Operations, and develop your leadership skills. Interns will also be given the opportunity to participate in broader activities including: Lunch & Learns, Kitchen Demos, and IT Roundtables.

Job Summary and Assignment Areas:

We are seeking multiple candidates with strong business acumen and a broad range of technical skills that include, but are not limited to: business process development, data analytics, IT security, DevOps, cloud, project management, and QA testing. This role is accountable for establishing cross team relationships and partnering with peers to deliver project(s) in one of the below assignment areas. The successful candidate will execute their project in a timely manner and present their results along with its business value to the IT Leadership Executive team.

Program is based at our Global Headquarters in Camden, NJ (across the river from Philadelphia, PA). However, COVID-10 conditions may require the summer 2021 program to be a virtual - remote assignment.
