HR Data Analyst

Job Description:
Include but not limited to:
·        Evaluation each department/branch’s training performance on an annual basis
·        Plan, organize, develop, and implement comprehensive training and development programs for the Bank to provide staff with cutting edge techniques and information relative to their assignments and development
·        Maintain training documentation including, but not limited to, training materials, attendance records, test and survey records, etc.
·        Maintain employee profile within the system, facilitate on training implementation through the system and generate report on an as needed basis
·        Compiles and analyzes workforce data to provide decision support to help drive the business in areas such as turnover, employee’s engagement, cost management and succession planning as well retention.
·        Assis in annual skillset assessment project, ensure the appropriate reports and dashboards are produced
·        Implementation of standardized HR operational reports, ad hoc queries and data related projects
·        Partner with internal / external stakeholders to understand requirements for report requests, understand data structures and availability 

Requirement:
·        Bachelor's degree in management, business analytics or data is preferred.
·        HR data analysis, metrics and reporting related experience, and familiarity with HR business.
·        Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
·        Experience in producing complex dashboards for HR with high business impact using excel, Access, SQL and other data related tools
·        Bilingual in Chinese & English is highly preferred
