ATCS (Assurance, Technology and Control Services) Intern - Summer 2021
The day-to-day responsibilities of an Assurance and Technology Control Services Summer 2021 Intern include:
As an intern you will be working along our audit teams in assisting with the development of risk assessments and audit plans, assisting in the evaluation of internal controls, providing internal and external audit fieldwork support or Sarbanes-Oxley testing. In addition, you will participate in all phases of internal controls for internal / external audits including planning, execution and completion. You will work with a wide range of clients across a variety of industries including financial services, real estate, technology, life sciences, manufacturing, not-for-profit, law firms, automotive, and sports & entertainment. Our interns work under the direction of a manager or senior analyst. Interns will benefit from hands-on learning, on-the-job training and working closely with partners and staff members at all levels.
We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications and experience:
*Graduating in 2022 with a degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems or related discipline
*Eligibility to sit for CPA or CISA exam a plus
*0-2 years recent public accounting, auditing, or data analytics experience
*Internship experience a plus
*Strong MS Excel and MS Word skills are required
*Strong time management and organizational skills
*Great attitude and strong work ethic
*Excellent communication and analytical skills
