Enterprise Learning and Change Management Internship

We are currently seeking high-performing college students interested in a career working with the Enterprise Learning and Change Management Team at WSFS Bank. All internship opportunities are paid and offer mentorship, peer interaction, project work, executive visibility, volunteer opportunities, and networking events. 

This intern will work with members of the Enterprise Learning and Change Management Team to contribute to real-world projects that support educational initiatives. The project work will involve working with various learning technologies including the company LMS (Learning Management System), assisting with graphics and visual content creation, data analytics and helping edit training videos.

The Summer Internship Program starts early June to mid August.

 

WSFS Bank will only consider candidates who are presently authorized to work for any employer in the United States and who will not require work visa sponsorship from WSFS Bank now or in the future in order to retain their authorization to work in the United States.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age.

A major in Business Administration, Instructional Design, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field is preferred. 

Prior coursework, internships, or hands-on experience related to education, training, or data analytics is desired, but not required.

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Must have completed a minimum of one (1) full year of college by May 2026.

Must have reliable transportation.

Must be available for in-person and virtual interviews and orientation with Human Resources.

Ability to work in a hybrid environment, including working on-site at a physical office location within the WSFS Bank footprint.

Must be able to participate in this full-time position (40 hours per week) within a continuous program, starting in the beginning of June and ending in mid to late August.

Fundamental computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, is required.

 

Preferred Skills

Prior experience with tools like Camtasia and Canva. 

Experience using voice editing software. 

Graphic design using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or similar tools. 

Experience creating GIF animations and digital picture creation.

Experience with Microsoft Power BI.

Experience with Articulate RISE 360 course development tools.
