Intern, Regulatory Affairs & Data Management
Location: Princeton, NJ (Hybrid: 4 Days On-site / 1 Day Remote)
Duration: June 1 – August 14, 2026
Compensation: $20.00 per hour
The Corporate Partner
Our Corporate Partner is a global pharmaceutical innovator dedicated to empathy, dynamism, and the mission of providing affordable, high-quality healthcare solutions to patients worldwide.
The Role
This intern will support ongoing regulatory projects and data-management activities, gaining exposure to the full life cycle of generic drug regulatory filings (ANDA and NDA) and FDA establishment identifiers.
Responsibilities
- Data Validation: Verify manufacturing site details for applications as part of a validation project.
- Product Lists: Maintain the Approved Products Master List, updating DUNS and FEI numbers.
- Compliance Support: Assist with archival of agency correspondences and perform compliance checks on electronic Common Technical Document (eCTD) submissions.
- Standardization: Create and maintain Drug Product History Files to support departmental documentation standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Current student (Class of 2027) in any Science discipline; preference for those interested in Regulatory Affairs.
- Skills: Basic understanding of FDA requirements is a plus; strong attention to detail.

- Verify Pell Grant Status: Submit a screenshot of the Pell Grant section from your Financial Aid portal for the current school year. You may black out dollar amounts.
- Submit Documentation: Send the screenshot and your resume (saved as a PDF) via Handshake message or to kevin.nicholas@lifesciencecares.org.
- Virtual Intro Meeting: Once verified, you will be invited to a 30-35 minute video call to learn more about the Project Onramp program and share your background. This is a preliminary step before corporate partner interviews.
