Technical Recruiter Intern

Technical Recruiter Intern (Tech & AI Recruitment) New York, NY – In Office | 20–40 Hours per Week | Paid Internship

 

Summary:

 

We are looking for a highly driven Technical Sourcer Intern to join our New York office and help build pipelines of top engineering talent for some of the fastest growing technology companies in the U.S. This is not a typical internship. You will work directly inside a high-performance agency recruiting environment, learning how top recruiters source, engage, and place elite engineering talent across AI, fintech, gaming, and emerging tech startups.

 

You will work closely with Logan Pudalov, who leads the firm’s U.S. business and has spent the last five years building partnerships with venture-backed startups and high-growth technology companies.

 

If you are competitive, curious about the tech industry, and interested in sales, recruiting, or venture-backed startups, this role offers direct exposure to the front lines of the talent market.

 

What You’ll Do:

 

- Identify and source top engineering talent across platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub,

 

and technical communities.

 

- Work directly with venture-backed startups and learn how sales professionals build

 

relationships, pitch solutions, and close deals with founders and leadership teams.

 

- Build targeted candidate lists for live roles across backend engineering, AI/ML,

 

infrastructure, and product teams.

 

- Write and send outbound outreach messages to engage high-caliber engineers.

 

- Qualify candidate profiles and help maintain talent pipelines for active client searches.

 

- Work directly with senior recruiters to understand hiring needs across high-growth

 

startups.

 

- Track outreach activity and candidate engagement across recruiting systems.

 

- Learn the fundamentals of agency recruiting, including sourcing strategy, market

 

mapping, and candidate qualification.

- Comfortable working with data, search tools, and online platforms.

 

- Ability to work 20–40 hours per week in our NYC office.
