The Role

As an intern on our Growth team, you’ll work directly with leadership to ideate, experiment, and execute across our highest-leverage channels. Best applicants know how to engineer virality.

What You’ll Do

Own experiments across Social (X, TikTok, Instagram), Influencer/Creator Partnerships, SEO & GEO and Community/PLG (Discord, Reddit, etc).
Create and manage content for Astor’ own channels: posting, replying to comments, and running our growth strategy end-to-end for specific channels.
Turn intuition → hypotheses → tests → results. Kill what doesn’t work.

Requirements & Skills

Experimentation mindset: you define success metrics, run A/Bs, and you’re comfortable being wrong quickly.
Bias for action: you own outcomes, move fast, and keep quality high.
Startup mindset: you like hard problems, steep learning curves, and tight feedback loops.
Remote.

You’re actively interested in investing/financial markets (maybe you trade, run a fin-Twitter account, or love market micro-stories).
You have good taste for ads and write killer hooks.
You’ve grown a community or creator channel from zero to something real.

Pay

$20–$30/hr with performance bonuses for results.
