About the Project:

CONA is undertaking an initiative to replace its current pricing, promotion and rebate tools with a new solution. The objective is to modernize pricing and promotional capabilities by adopting a more flexible, high-performance platform that leverages advanced technologies and enables future AI-driven enhancements.

Position Summary The pricing and promotions Data Validation Analyst Intern will support the pricing & promotion data migration efforts at CONA Services by assisting with data validation, analysis, and reporting activities. This role contributes to ensuring data quality and accuracy by participating in the testing of data migration programs, documenting and tracking issues, validating data in the target system, and communicating findings. The intern will also help share relevant insights with pilot bottlers when items require business review or follow-up.

Data Analysis

• Conduct data validation activities across legacy and future pricing and promotions systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.

• Demonstrate strong problem-solving capabilities and analytical proficiency in statistics and data interpretation.

• Leverage data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI) to support analysis, reporting, and informed decision‑making.

• Communicate insights and key findings clearly and effectively to a broad range of stakeholders, enabling data‑driven storytelling.

• Identify and monitor key metrics, contributing to the development of high-level dashboards to track data migration and dual maintenance progress.

• Provide analytical and operational support to internal teams involved in pricing and promotion test data activities, as needed.

Preferred Skills:

• Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis, with experience working with Pricing & Promotion systems.

• Ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently.

• High attention to detail, paired with a proactive mindset that includes asking thoughtful questions and following through on tasks.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross functional teams.

• Familiarity with data visualization techniques.

• Working knowledge of data analytics tools and applications
