Role Overview
We are seeking detail-oriented and technically curious individuals to support AI operations and automation workflows built on the Rival platform. This role focuses on creating, testing, and managing AI-powered functions that help businesses automate everyday work.
You do not need to be a computer programmer, but you should be comfortable learning new tools and translating business needs into working AI solutions.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain AI functions using the Rival platform
Configure AI-driven automations based on business requirements
Test and optimize functions for accuracy and performance
Monitor execution and troubleshoot workflow issues
Support internal teams with AI implementation and operations
Document processes and improvements
Basic Qualifications
Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills
Comfort working with technology or automation tools
Ability to follow structured processes and instructions
Strong written English communication skills\
Reliable internet connection and remote work setup
Experience with AI tools, automation platforms, or scripting is a plus but not required.
