Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, production, and execution of podcast episodes.
• Support episode preparation, including research, outlines, and show notes.
• Coordinate with hosts and guests to ensure smooth recording sessions.
• Edit and refine audio content for clarity, pacing, and quality.
• Incorporate music, transitions, and basic sound design elements.
• Help manage podcast production schedules and content calendars.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Content teams on promotional assets.
• Ensure brand voice and consistency across podcast materials.
• Organize and maintain audio files and production assets.
• Support ad hoc multimedia and content initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Media, Marketing,
• Journalism, or a related field.
• Strong interest in podcasts, digital media, or content production.
• Basic familiarity with audio editing software (e.g., Audacity, Adobe Audition, GarageBand, or similar).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort working in a remote, collaborative environment.
• Willingness to learn production workflows and tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with audio editing or multimedia projects.
• Understanding of podcast formats, structure, and storytelling.
• Familiarity with microphones, recording setups, or remote recording tools.
• Basic knowledge of branding or digital content strategy.
• Ability to adapt quickly to feedback and creative direction.
• Interest in media production, interviewing, or content creation.
• Comfort collaborating across cross-functional teams.
