Social media manager
We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and highly organized Social Media Manager to lead the planning, creation, scheduling, and analysis of content across all major social platforms. This role is responsible for growing brand visibility, engagement, community trust, and conversions through strategic storytelling and audience connection.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube
- Create and publish engaging content (graphics, short-form video, captions, stories, reels)
- Manage daily posting schedules and content calendars
- Monitor analytics, performance metrics, and ROI tracking
- Engage with the audience via comments, messages, and community management
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and creative teams
- Run and optimize paid social campaigns
- Track trends, platform updates, and competitor performance
- Protect and enhance brand voice, tone, and visual consistency
- Manage influencer collaborations and UGC (user-generated contents
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or agency
- Strong understanding of content strategy, storytelling, and platform algorithms
- Proficiency with tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, and Canva
- Analytics literacy (engagement, CTR, CPC, ROAS, audience growth)
- Excellent written communication and brand voice alignment
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Creative eye for visual branding and short-form video trends
Preferred Qualifications
- Paid ads management using Meta Ads Manager
- Video editing experience using CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro
- E-commerce, health, fitness, or startup brand experience
