Program Lead (Operations) - PROJXON
About the Role: 25 hrs/week, unpaid, 6-month program.

Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and ongoing management of operational programs to ensure timelines, quality standards, and performance goals are met.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, serving as the primary point of contact between operations, leadership, and key stakeholders.
Monitor program performance using KPIs and operational metrics, identifying risks, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
Develop and maintain program documentation, workflows, schedules, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Support change management initiatives, including process rollouts, system implementations, and continuous improvement efforts.
Ensure programs align with organizational goals, compliance requirements, and operational best practices.
Provide regular status updates, reports, and recommendations to operations leadership.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2–5 years of experience in operations, program management, project management, or a related role.
Demonstrated experience managing programs or initiatives across multiple teams or functions.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace, with strong Excel or spreadsheet skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience working in fast-paced, operationally complex environments.
Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement frameworks).
Experience using project or program management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Jira, Monday.com).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Proven ability to lead without authority and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
Experience with budgeting, resource planning, or operational forecasting.
Ability to adapt quickly, problem-solve effectively, and drive initiatives from concept through execution.
