fAIshion is transforming fashion e-commerce with AI-powered Virtual Try-On and size recommendation technology. We help fashion brands and retailers increase conversions, reduce returns, and deliver personalized shopping experiences.
Role Overview
We're looking for a Product Management Intern with a software development background and prior PM internship experience. This role combines technical understanding with user research and execution skills. You’ll drive features from ideation to delivery, backed by user data and close collaboration with engineering and design.
Key Responsibilities
- Break down high-level product goals into clear, trackable tasks in Jira, assign owners, and define priorities
- Lead 1–2 weekly team meetings, and immediately follow up with clear, prioritized To-Do lists for each team member
- Spend 1 day per week conducting in-person market research — create and distribute surveys, talk to strangers, and gather real-world feedback
- Collect user pain points via social media listening and user interviews
- Perform competitive analysis to identify feature gaps and opportunities
- Create and maintain step-by-step tutorial docs that are easy to follow, even for non-technical users — continuously improve based on team feedback
- Respond to Slack messages daily and promptly
- Commit at least 20 hours per week to the role
- Work closely with engineers to scope and ship features — must understand technical tradeoffs and contribute meaningfully to discussions
- Ensure every product decision is backed by real user or market data
Requirements
✅ Must have prior Product Management internship or work experience
✅ Must have a software development background (can code and communicate with developers effectively)
✅ Strong Jira skills; able to manage product roadmaps and sprints
✅ Proactive, outgoing personality – comfortable talking to strangers and leading user research
✅ Excellent written communication for product docs and tutorials
✅ Passion for fashion tech, AI, and data-informed decision making
✅ Familiar with tools like Jira, Figma, Notion, Slack, and Google Suite
