fAIshion is transforming fashion e-commerce with AI-powered Virtual Try-On and size recommendation technology. We help fashion brands and retailers increase conversions, reduce returns, and deliver personalized shopping experiences.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Project Management Intern to support execution across product, design, and engineering. You’ll work alongside our Product Managers to translate strategy into clear tasks, coordinate timelines, and keep the team moving forward. This is an execution-focused role — ideal for someone organized, proactive, and passionate about shipping.

Key Responsibilities

Manage project boards in Jira and Notion — break down features into tasks and assign owners
Run 1–2 weekly syncs with cross-functional teams, and send follow-up to-do lists within 24 hours
Track deadlines, flag risks early, and ensure on-time delivery of intern tasks
Work with PMs to collect weekly progress updates and unblock stalled deliverables
Communicate with developers, designers, and marketing interns to coordinate handoffs
Maintain a master project tracker to monitor overall status and milestones
Respond to Slack messages daily and promptly
Commit at least 20 hours per week to the role

Requirements

✅ Prior internship or work experience in project coordination, product ops, or team leadership roles
✅ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
✅ Familiarity with Jira, Notion, Slack, Google Suite — or fast learner
✅ Excellent written communication — can document timelines and status clearly
✅ Able to multitask and follow up with multiple stakeholders
✅ Bonus: Experience with ToC (consumer-facing) products or e-commerce, fashion, or tech projects
