Start Date: September 2025 | Part-Time (20 hours/week)

💡 About the Role:

This paid internship ($25/hour) is a unique opportunity for students to practically apply their coding skills and AI/ML knowledge in a real-world business setting. You’ll work directly with Vaspian leadership and our engineering team to prototype and test creative solutions that could shape the future of AI-powered communication platforms.

Onsite presence (Buffalo, NY) is strongly preferred to maximize collaboration and mentorship, but hybrid arrangements may be considered for exceptional candidates.

🔍 What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with a team passionate about AI-first innovation
• Apply machine learning techniques to real business challenges
• Contribute to product development and rapid prototyping
• Help design and test new features and systems driven by artificial intelligence
• Explore and pitch your own creative ideas for AI integration
• Develop novel experiments in how businesses can leverage AI in entirely new ways
   

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics/Econometrics, Information Science/Systems, or a related field
• Strong coding experience (e.g., Python, JavaScript, etc.)
• Demonstrated interest in AI, ML, and creative problem-solving
• Passion for product development, experimentation, and idea generation
• Grit, curiosity, and the ability to collaborate with others
• Bonus: You’ve got a notebook full of big, untested ideas about how businesses can use AI to not only optimize operations—but to expand product and service offerings, reach new industries, and serve a wider array of clients in bold, transformative ways

🧠 Extra Opportunities:

We encourage our interns (and their friends or classmates!) to participate in Hackathons during the semester—either as part of a Vaspian-sponsored event or independently. These are a great way to test ideas, collaborate creatively, and maybe even invent the next big thing.

Participation is entirely optional—but always celebrated.
